Getting asked questions helps you formulate what you know by organizing your thoughts into a way that makes sense for you and others to understand. During that process, you reinforce what you know and gain confidence into that specific subject.
Why questions matter so much?
Brands, like people, thrive on clarity and purpose. Without them, they wander and slowly drift away until they don't recognize themselves.
